Pursuant to the order dated 9th September 2024, the respondent no.4 is present in Court today. His learned counsel, on instructions, submits that within a period of one week, One Time Settlement Proposal would be submitted to the petitioner no.1-Bank. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that if such proposal is received, the same would be considered in accordance with law within a further period of one week from its receipt.
