Learned counsel for the both sides are heard. 4.

Argument of both sides are completed. During the course of hearing an issue was raised by learned counsel for the Petitioner about service of notice of the hearing before the Competent Authority not being given to the Petitioner and thereby, it is claimed that the Petitioner was denied opportunity of hearing. 5.

In order to ascertain the said contention, learned AGP is directed to ensure that the concerned proceedings are placed before this Court on the next date of hearing i.e. on 9th September, 2024. 6.

It is clarified that the arguments are already over and appropriate order shall be passed after perusal of the said proceeding.
