One of the contentions urged by the learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner is that its proposal having been duly accepted in the meeting of the Committee of Hon'ble Ministers as well as the Commissioner of Sugar on 12/03/2024, it could not have been excluded from the grant of financial aid in the form of margin money from loan as has been done in the subsequent meeting held on 23/07/2024. It is also urged that ineligible sugar factories have been given preference as against the petitioner. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents to obtain necessary instructions. Put up on 12/08/2024.
