The challenge raised by the petitioner is to the Government Order dated 28th May 2024 by which benefit under the recommendations of the Seventh Pay Commission have been granted to respondent nos.3 to 11. In our view, the petitioner would have to first approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for challenging the same. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
