This petition was listed today for respondent-mother to take instructions as to the grievance made on behalf of the petitionerfather that he was unable to talk to the child on her birthday. The mother is present in the court today and the father has joined through Video Conferencing. Petitioner-mother has assured that phone calls with the father will be connected by her mother Page no. 1 of 2

905-wp-10974-2024.doc everyday between 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm to enable the child to talk to the father. Father has agreed to the said suggestion. The assurances given by the mother regarding connecting the call to the father to talk to the child are accepted as an undertaking to this court.

It is clarified that once the call is connected the child should have free environment and nobody in the house shall interfere with the phone call.

It is clarified that both parties shall not discuss about the pending litigations in the presence of the child, or with the child. 4.

It is also clarified that both the parties shall not tutor the child's mind against each other.

5.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-father states that he would respond to the counter offer given by the mother's advocate, regarding amicable settlement.
