Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue other remedies, as may be permissible in law, including participating in the tender process as and when issued by the Central Railways. It also appears that the petitioners have already made a representation to the Central Railway.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn on the aforesaid terms.
