Mr. Andhyarujina, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to amend the writ petition in view of the developments which have taken place after instituting the proceedings of this petition. Mr. Andhyarujina, states that on 5th August, 2024 the financial bid has been opened, wherein Smart Services Private Limited has been declared to be L1. According to him, such development has necessitated amendment in the writ petition. He submitted a draft amendment to the Court, which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, the prayer for amending the writ petition is granted. Let necessary amendments shall be incorporated by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day in terms of the draft amendment submitted to the Court. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.

The petitioner shall also file amended copy of the writ petition.

In view of the order passed on the prayer made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeking amendment of the writ petition, whereby Smart Services Private Limited has been permitted to be impleaded as party-respondent no.4, this interim application stands disposed of. 5.

Stand over to tomorrow, i.e. 7th August, 2024. 6.

Learned Additional Government Pleader, on the basis of

instructions received from Ms. Shubhangi Sadegaonkar, DMER, St. George Hospital Campus, Mumbai, who is present in Court, submits that by tomorrow the work order in respect of the subject tender will not be issued.
