The learned Additional Government Pleader seeks eight days' time to file affidavit-in-reply and also to bring certain documents on record. Learned counsel representing the respondent no.4 also prays for a week's time for the same purpose.

Time, as prayed for, is granted. Let affidavits-in-reply be filed by the State-respondents as also by respondent no.4 by 16th August 2024.

Stand over to 21st August, 2024, by which date rejoinder-affidavit to the aforesaid affidavits-in-reply, if any, may also be filed by the petitioner.

The Court yesterday passed order on the basis of instructions received by the learned Additional Government Pleader from an officer providing therein that till today the work order in respect of subject tender will not be issued. 5.
