The four Petitions listed before us raise a challenge to the impugned scheme of amalgamation, which is sanctioned by the Ministry of Finance-Respondent No.2. The pleadings being complete and with the presence of the learned counsel for the respective Petitioners as well as the contesting Respondents, by consent, we direct listing of the four Petitions on 21st January, 2026 at 10.00 a.m.

We are informed that Writ Petition No.4302 of 2022 also raise a similar challenge and the Petitions are already directed

Let the Registry list all the five Writ Petitions relating to PMC Bank together and place them for hearing on 21st January, 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
