Ms. R. A. Salunkhe, learned AGP appearing for the State has produced copy of the judgment and order dated 7th February, 2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 11740 of 2024 and connected matters (Coram: A. S. Chandurkar and Rajesh S. Patil, JJ.) in the batch of the connected proceedings and submits that similar order as the one impugned in the present proceeding, passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT), Mumbai have already been set aside by the Division Bench and therefore, the present Writ Petition is covered by the aforesaid judgment of this Court.

Mr. Prashant Nagargoje, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents Nos.1 to 50 has, however, contested the said submission and submits that reply on behalf of his clients will be filed within a week's time by serving copy upon the learned AGP. 3.
If that be so, List the Writ Petition on 19th January, 2026. 4.
In the meanwhile, reply of the Respondents be filed within two weeks by serving advance copy to the other side. The State would be at liberty to file rejoinder, if any, within two weeks thereafter.
