In this Writ Petition the Petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 05/07/2024 by which the bid submitted by the Petitioner was rejected and the tender has been awarded to Respondent No.4. 2.

A Division Bench of this Court had passed an order on 23/07/2024. When the matter is called today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the against the aforesaid order, the Respondents have filed Special Leave to Appeal (C ) No. 18014/2024 before the Supreme Court in which interim order has been passed on by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

2025.02.03 18:11:17 +0530 23/08/2024, by which the operation of the aforesaid order has been RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE stayed. He has produced copy of the order passed by the Supreme Court, which is taken on record.
