This petition takes exception to the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in M.A.C.P. No. 1227 of 2019 under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that amount of Rs.25,000/- as directed by the Tribunal shall be deposited within a period of four weeks before the Tribunal. The said statement is accepted.

In view of this, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 9th September 2024.
