What we, prima facie, find from a perusal of the impugned judgment and order passed by the Tribunal is that except for narrating the respective cases of the parties, no reasons have been assigned by the Tribunal to arrive at the conclusion in the judgment; neither the evidence on record of the disciplinary proceedings have been considered or weighed though the Tribunal has concluded abruptly, after recording the submissions

25-WP.11117.2024 of the parties, that the order of punishment passed by the disciplinary authority is perverse.

Mr. Walia, at this juncture, prays that the matter may be posted tomorrow to enable him to seeks instructions. 4.
