The Petitioners have filed this petition, in essence, for execution of the order passed on 27 April 2023 by the Hon'ble Minister, Other Backward Classes Welfare Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai in Appeal. The Petitioners have already brought the noncompliance of the order to the notice of the concerned Secretary. When the power is vested with the appellate Authority to pass orders, the Authority must ensure that it's orders are complied with. 2.

The learned AGP seeks time to take instructions. Stand over to 28 August 2024.
