It appears that the petitioner filed complaint with the registrar raising grievance regarding alleged illegal charging of the maintenance, which came to be rejected. The order of rejection was challenged by way of revision which is dismissed. 2.

There is no power under the MCS Act which empowers the Registrar to adjudicate the grievance raised by the petitioner. Hence, the impugned order is passed in accordance with law. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
