Mr. Karnik, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, as according to him, with the demise of contesting respondent No.3, the petition itself is rendered infructuous.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. 3.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 4.
It is brought to the notice of this Court that in terms of order dated 08.08.2024, the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.30,000/- in this Court. With disposal of this petition, it would be appropriate to refund the said amount to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to refund the said amount with accrued interest, if any, in favour of the petitioner within four weeks from today.
