Issue notice to the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 in both the petitions, returnable on 22nd July 2025.

The advocate on record for the petitioner to supply spare copies in the Registry within one week from today, so as to enable the Registry to issue notice to the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6.

In addition to Court notice, petitioner to serve the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6, by private notice and file affidavit of service before the next date.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 seeks time to file affidavit-in-reply. Time granted. The same to be filed in the Registry before the next date with an advance copy served on the other side.
