The above writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Respondent No. 2, dated 27th September, 2023, in Application/ Representation No.58/2023. At the outset we must state that though several reliefs are sought in the writ petition, only the aforesaid relief, namely, challenge to order dated 27.09.2023, is pressed before us. 2.
