In view of the decision of the Supreme Court in High Court Bar Association, Allahabad vs. State of U.P. & Others, Criminal Appeal No. 3589 of 2023 decided on 29th February 2024, we

KVM 2/2 6 - WP 11172 OF 2024.doc refrain from issuing such direction. The petitioners are free to first make such request before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal which would be in a position to consider the same. As of today, no such request has been made before the Tribunal. 3.

Hence, with liberty to the petitioners to make such prayer before the Tribunal for expeditious consideration of the aforesaid Original Applications as well the prayer for interim relief, the writ petition is not entertained.
