By Order dated 24th October, 2024, the above Writ Petition was disposed of and Respondent Nos.3 and 4 were directed to register the Sale Deeds which form the subject matter of the above Petition. We had directed that the Registering Authority shall carry out this exercise within a period of two weeks. Today when the matter is called out, the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-State has stated to the Court that the Sale Deeds which form the subject matter of the above Petition have been duly registered on 8th November, 2024. This fact is also confirmed by the Advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioners.
