The challenge is raised to the publication of the Election Programme of the respondent no.3-Society.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, we find that the Election Programme was published on 12th July 2024 and it has thereafter progressed further. The Polling is now scheduled on 11th August 2024. We are therefore not inclined to interfere in the midst of the Election Programme. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the results of the Election on all grounds permissible under the law. 3.

Keeping the points raised in the writ petition open, it is disposed of as not entertained.
