It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 17/01/2024, the petitioner had supplied all requisite documents in the Office of the District Magistrate as per the communication at page 141 of the record. Despite aforesaid, the application filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 came to be rejected.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 09/09/2024. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondents.
