The facts giving rise to the filing of this Writ Petition, are that on 07/03/2024, Respondent No.2 invited tenders for construction of bridge at Village Chinchoshi, Taluka -Khed, District Pune, for the period of one year. The Petitioner participated and submitted his bid on 28/03/2024,. 2.

The technical bid of the Petitioner was rejected on the ground that the Petitioner is not qualified. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Petitioner approached this Court. by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the work order has been issued in the month of July, 2024, in favour of 1/2

Today when the matter is called, none has appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
