The facts giving rise to the filing of this Writ Petition, are that on 07/03/2024, Respondent No.2 invited tenders for construction of village road bridge at CH35.505 Chaskaman left bank canal at Village Nimgaon Kalevasti, Taluka Khed, for the period of one year. The Petitioner participated and submitted his bid on 28/03/2024,. 2.

The technical bid of the Petitioner was rejected on the ground that the Petitioner has not annexed the requisite documents with the Tender. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Petitioner by RAJSHREE KISHOR MORE Date:

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the work order has been issued in the month of July, 2024, in favour of Respondent No.4 and Respondent No.4 has completed more than 60% of the work.

Today when the matter is called, none has appeared on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
