Learned counsel for the petitioners raises objection to the impugned order on the ground that the delay of 85 years has been condoned herein without any justification. Though submissions are made with regard to the maintainability of the revision before the Additional Collector or before the State Government, owing to the arguable case made out by the petitioners there shall be stayed to the order passed by the SubDivisional Officer till the next date of hearing. 3.
