Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that interim relief granted by this Court may be continued till the disposal of the appeal before the Divisional Commissioner. In view of this, according to him, nothing survives in the petition.

Hence, interim relief to continue till disposal of appeal by Divisional Commissioner. In view of this, nothing survives in the petition. The petition, therefore, stands disposed of.
