The above Writ Petition is filed seeking an order to quash and set aside the Government Resolution dated 10th March, 2023 passed by the State of Maharashtra, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection by sanctioning additional fair price shop at village Shiwankawadi. 2.

The learned AGP appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, waives notice and seeks time to file an affidavit in reply to the above Petition. AUGUST 14, 2024 Laxmi

As far as Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are concerned, none have appeared on their behalf.

Since this Writ Petition is coming up for the first time, we direct the Registry to issue notice to Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 returnable on 18th September, 2024. Hamdast is permitted.

In addition to the Court notice, the Advocate for the Petitioner is permitted to serve Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 by private notice as well. 6.

Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 shall file their affidavit in reply on or before 18th September, 2024 and a copy of the same shall be served on the Advocates for the Petitioner.
