The Petitioner has filed this petition as regards Petitioner's request to the Chief Executive Officer to transfer the Petitioner from the place where the Petitioner is working for the reasons stated in the representation.

Since the request is made to transfer the Petitioner out of the jurisdiction of Respondent No.6, at present the Petitioner will give notice only to Respondent No.3 and file affidavit of service. 3.
