In view of previous order passed on 24.07.2025 and directions contained in paragraph No.4 thereof, Petition before me is required to be listed after four weeks. However it has been listed today in view of stand over being granted till today. 3.
Be that as it may, learned Advocate for Petitioner submits that Petitioner is ready and willing to show his bonafides and deposit further amounts. He would also submit that Petitioner wants to discuss One Time Settlement scheme with Bank. Advocate for the Petitioner is present in Court today.

Bank is directed to discuss One Time Settlement scheme with Petitioner and accordingly take the matter forward between the parties without prejudice to their rights and contentions. 5.
Since Petitioner has shown his bonafides by depositing Rs.5,00,000/- as noted in order dated 24.07.2025, Respondent - Bank shall give details of principal amount and the interest amount as adjusted taking into account the previous amounts which were deposited by the Petitioner to enable Petitioner to take considered decision. Bank shall take out details and give it to the Petitioner within a period of one week from today. Petitioner can thereafter approach the Bank for One Time Settlement and both the parties can apprise the Court on next adjourned date about what transpired. 6.
In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue. No coercive steps shall be taken against Petitioner till next date.
