Heard learned advocate for the petitioner/defendant-judgment debtor. There is judgment delivered on 12th March 2020 by the Court of Joint Civil Judge Senior Division Pune. Present petitioners are directed to pay the certain sum of money. Apart from other payers there is prayer for setting aside the decree. There is a remedy of appeal is not maintainable. It is contended that there is a delay in filing an application. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps. 2.

The writ petition is dismissed.
