The petitioner-a Co-operative Bank has approached this Court seeking steps to be taken for implementing an order passed on 10/02/2023 under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002.

Interim Application No.12951 of 2024 has been filed by the borrowers praying that they desire to settle the outstanding dues of the Co-operative Bank. An affidavit-cum-undertaking has been filed on behalf of the applicants dated 20/09/2024 wherein they have agreed to pay amount of Rs.4,86,06,360/- by 28/01/2025. 1/2

The learned counsel for the Co-operative Bank, on instructions, submits that the aforesaid modality of repayment is acceptable to the Co-operative Bank.

Accordingly, the statements made in the affidavit-cumundertaking on behalf of the borrowers is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. By recording the statements made therein, the writ petition is disposed of. Since the purpose of filing the same is served, the Writ Petition and the Interim Application is disposed of.
