The petitioners are seeking direction to respondent No.2 to issue birth certificate of petitioner No.1 in the corrected name as mentioned in the prayer clause and also correction of date of birth and name of her father. The petitioners are also seeking certain correction as

It seems that the proposals to that effect of both the petitioners are pending with respondent No.2. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 prayed for direction that the concerned authority would decide both the proposals of petitioners within due course. 4.

In view of the same, the petition stand disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to decide both the proposals dated 14.06.2024 on their own merit within a reasonable time i.e. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
