1) Order challenging the present Petition is passed by the Competent Authority under provisions of Section 24 of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 on 30 April 2024. There is an alternate remedy of filing revision before the Additional Divisional Commissioner under Section 44 of the Act.

2) In that view of the matter, Petition cannot be entertained and the MEGHA SHREEDHAR PARAB same is dismissed. Petitioner shall however be at liberty to avail the MEGHA SHREEDHAR PARAB Date: 2024.08.17 10:59:34 +0530 alternate remedy.
