Learned Counsel for the Petitioner fairly states that the only request in this Petition that is being pressed is to direct the Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal ("MACT") to permit the Petitioner to lead the evidence. It is open to the Petitioner to file an Application before the MACT making such a request. Should such application be filed, the MACT shall deal with it in accordance with law. 2.

Needless to say, nothing in this order is an expression of an opinion on the merits of the request made. Liberty to file such an application before the MACT.

The Petition is hereby finally disposed of.
