Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh application for amendment after the decision on the application (Exh.118) to add the proposed defendants as party defendants to the suit, which is pending for adjudication before the trial Court.

A decision on the said application (Exh. 118) may have a bearing on the application for amendment. Therefore, the petition stands disposed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the prayer for amendment, in the event, the application (Exh. 118) is allowed. 4.
