1.

This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the following substantive reliefs:- "a.

2.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties. On the earlier occasion we had adjourned the proceedings to enable Ms. Bhende, learned AGP to take instructions. Today Ms. Bhende states that the District Election 21 January 2025

5-WP 11396-24.DOC Officer has already notified election programme, copy of which is placed on record.

3.

In this view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed on the election now being declared. Thus, keeping open all contentions of the parties on the elections, further adjudication of the petition is not called for.

4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of accepting the election programme.
