Heard learned Advocate for the petitioners. The petitioners have approached this Court for limited purpose of seeking interim relief in interim application pending hearing of the revision before the Hon'ble Minister (Revenue), State of Maharashtra. It is pointed out that the revision is filed in August, 2024. However, the matter was not taken for orders on stay application. The petitioner also filed applications dated 30.08.2024 & 10.09.2024 for taking up the matter on board for passing orders, however, inspite of this, revision is not taken by the learned Minister.

Considering the above, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 02.01.2025. Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 6.

In the meantime, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C).
