Mr Mishra states that the pleadings in Writ Petition No. AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV 11399 of 2024 will be adopted in Writ Petition No. 18856 of 2024. Two affidavits have been filed in Writ Petition No. AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Date: 2024.12.18 17:51:32 +0530 11399 of 2024. However, Mr Pathak states that he has received the copy of only one of the affidavit. The copy of the other affidavit is now furnished to Mr Pathak. 2.

Accordingly, if the Petitioner wishes to file any rejoinder, the Petitioner is granted liberty to do so by 15 January 2025. 3.
