Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner's grievance about non consideration of reply and the fact that an order has been made against the Petitioner under Section 114AA of the Customs Act, 1962, when in fact the Petitioner is not an importer nor a CHA, remains.
