Before the order could be signed, Mr. M.L. Patil appearing for the respondent-Corporation informs the Court

901-WP-11437-2024 that the work order in respect of the subject-tender has already been issued and even supplies have started. Learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, seeks liberty to amend the writ petition to challenge the work order. 6.

Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
