This Petition inter alia assails the validity of the email dated 24th July 2024, by which the technical bid of the petitioners has been rejected. The Petitioner in addition seeks to set aside the work order dated 9th August 2024 issued in favour of Respondent No.3 and to direct the respondents to recognize the Petitioners as manufactures as stated in Gas Cylinder Rules 2016.

We have heard the Learned Counsel for the parties. The synopsis produced before us does not disclose neither the details nor the period of contract. The Petitioners have also failed to disclose in the synopsis as to on what count the technical bid was rejected.
