At the request of Ms. Sangeeta Yadav, learned counsel for the respondents, we post this matter on 11 November 2024. In particular, we want from the respondents to state whether any show cause notice was issued to the petitioner before the impugned order dated 24 November 2023 was made. This is primarily in the context of Section 124 of the Customs Act, 1962. 3.

Subject to constraints of time, we propose to dispose of this petition finally at the admission stage.
