Should the orders be adverse to the interest of the petitioner, the same will not be implemented by the Council for the period of 7 days from the date of such communication.

Upon recording the above, Mr Saraogi learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge adverse orders if any. Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of all parties including in particular of petitioner and intervener are left open. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
