Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings against the order impugned.

It is his submission that for a week the proceedings before the S.D.O. be stayed. To enable the petitioner to prefer appropriate proceeding against the impugned order, the proceeding before the S.D.O. stands stayed for a period of a week. It is clarified that this stay shall not be extended any further for any reason whatsoever. 3.
