Learned counsel representing petitioner has sought permission to amend the writ petition, and for the said purpose he tendered draft amendment, a copy of which is taken on record.

Having regard to the nature of amendment, the prayer for amendment is granted. Let necessary amendment be carried out by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day. Re-verification is dispensed with. 3.
The petitioner shall also supply amended copy of the writ petition before the next date of listing. 4.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 22 August 2024.

On behalf of respondent No.1, Mr. Sakhare, learned Senior Advocate appears and waives service of notice. Mr. Kamat, learned Senior Advocate along with Mr. Atit soni puts in appearance for respondent No.2 and waives service of notice. Mr. Kumbhakoni, learned Senior Advocate has put in appearance for respondent No.3 and waives service of notice. 6.
Having regard to the nature of urgency in the matter, we direct that respondent Nos.1, 2, and 3 shall file their respective affidavit-in-reply by 20 August 2024 after serving a copy thereof upon the learned counsel for the petitioner, who may file rejoinder-affidavit, if any, before the next date of listing.
