Mr. Chondhekar learned counsel for the petitioner places on record copy of death certificate of the petitioner. It reveals that the petitioner died on 18th July 2025. He would submit that upon enquiry he has no further instructions from the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to prosecute the petition by impleading them as legal representatives. A copy of the death certificate is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
