In view of the fact that the impugned order dated 9th February 2024 has been passed by the Tahsildar in exercise of the powers under Section 150 (4) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, the statutory remedy by way of an Appeal is available to the petitioner. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain the challenge to that order.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail the statutory remedy. In case, such remedy is availed, the proceedings be decided expeditiously.

All points raised are kept open.
