Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate for Petitioners is directed to comply with the order dated 28.11.2024, inter alia, with respect to service of notice through the Court of the Petition on Respondent. 3.

The record in the present case shows that service report of Court is awaited. However Affidavit of service dated 24.12.2024 indicates that Respondent has been served by hand delivery and had appended his acknowledgment thereto which is filed on record. 4.

Considering that the matter is heard today and Respondent is not present when matter is called out, learned Advocate for Petitioner is directed to make one more final attempt and effect private service of this order through any permissible mode on Respondent and

31.WP.11513.2024.doc intimate him about the next adjourned date of hearing in the present case and place copy of such intimation on record to enable the Court to consider the present Petition.

It is clarified that if Respondent is duly served by private Notice and if he is not present on the next adjourned date, this Court shall consider hearing present Writ Petition and decide the same on the next adjourned date finally at the admission stage. 6.
