On 4th February 2025 also, adjournment was sought to respond to the query whether a writ petition against a cooperative housing society is maintainable. Today, when the matter is called out, again an adjournment is sought on the ground that the arguing counsel is busy before another Bench. 2.

Though it is not a justified ground for seeking adjournment, by way of indulgence, hearing is deferred. 3.
