Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

After arguing the matter for some time, on instructions from RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date: 2025.09.25 11:20:17 +0530 Petitioner No.1, who is personally present in the Court, the learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the concerned Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, seeking relief as may be permissible under law.

The learned senior counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 submits that as long as the rights and contentions of his client are kept open to be agitated at an appropriate stage, he would not have any objection to the prayer for withdrawal of the Petition with such liberty.

Mr. B. V. Samant, learned Addl. G.P., is present for the Respondent-State.

In view of the submissions made at Bar, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. We make it clear that if any further application is made before the concerned Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, it will be open for all the contesting parties to put forward their submissions in the matter.

Considering the nature of controversy involved, we expect the concerned Deputy Registrar to decide/redress the grievance of the parties, in a time-bound manner, after giving due opportunity of being heard to Petitioner No.1-Mr. Chandrashekar Awale, as well as to the Respondents, preferably within eight weeks.
